We do all this and more

  • Concrete Repair
  • Caulking
  • Polyurethane Foam
  • Concrete Sealing
  • Basement Waterproofing

We use Polyurethane Foam for sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, city walks.

Polyurethane: a foam material that is injected under the slab.  When the components of this material are mixed a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fills any voids and raises concrete. This material will never lose density. After it is installed it is permanent and weighs about 2 lbs per cubic foot. Polyurethane foam offers  a newer, less labor-intensive alternative for raising sunken concrete slabs and walkways replacing the mud-based grout mixture typically used for mudjacking with a two-part polyurethane that reacts and expands with enough force to fill voids and raise concrete.

Polyurethane has hundreds of uses: Concrete Leveling/Lifting of streets, roads, highways, tunnels and bridge approaches, sealing leaking manholes and storm drains and filling abandoned sewer lines. Polyurethane fills in voids caused by vibrations. Soil Stabilization, Infrastructure Repair, Void Filling, Highway Leveling, Road Leveling, Airport Runway Leveling, Taxiway leveling, Sidewalk Leveling, Bridge Approach, Warehouse Floor Leveling, Curb Leveling, Structure Stabilization, Interior floor stabilization, Heavy Machine Stabilization, and Foundation Spray Insulation.
